This goal may be unachievable, but if we don't continuously s et our sights on this goal and work towards 100%, we will probably do nothing, but move backwards. 2011 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey Results |
This year's survey continued to generate a strong response rate. Based upon 3,960 surveys sent, we received 618 responses for a 15% response rate. A 15% response rate for a survey of this type is significantly higher than expected and we are grateful to all of our customers who take the time to complete our annual survey and assist us in improving our business.
2011 continued to show a high level of customer satisfaction with 95.34% saying, "yes, they would recommend OfficeWare to a friend".
