| 2008 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey Results |
This year's survey continued to generate a strong response rate. Based upon 3,280 surveys sent, we received 1,052 responses for a 31% response rate. A 31% response rate for a survey of this type is significantly higher than expected and we are grateful to all of our customers who take the time to complete our annual survey and assist us in improving our business.
2008 continued to show a high level of customer satisfaction with 93% saying, "yes, they would recommend OfficeWare to a friend".
